i think i used stuff like that
but it made the frame kinda dark

Then you didn't use it right.

That stuff will polish an aluminum frame to a chrome like shine.

I used some super fine sandpaper to smooth the surface then just use that mothers polish with lots of elbow grease and she will shine like new money. Only thing is you will be pissed after you ride it for the first time. Smile
