From a very reliable source. Jason Lawrence is REALLY on the run and is wanted in the connection of battery and assault with a deadly weapon on his former friend in the state of California. IF he doesn't turn himself in he will see quite a bit of jail time...probably is anyway. This is no joke and his racing career is 2nd to going to prison at this point.

EASY COME..EASY GO....hehehe

Just an FYI

Was anyone that lives in CA aware that you can be thrown in jail for telling someone you will "kick their ass" If someone is "pussy" enough to call the fuzz, and there is a witness, your ass can be thrown in Jail on a felony "terrorist threat" that comes w/ a $50,000 bail.

I am not sure if this is limited to CA, but thought you all would like to know. I can only imagine what the state will cook up on this one.

National Enquirer...of course.

My source (to remain un-named) said almost word, for word, what Bobby just said.

Its really getting bad. A freestyle message board says J-law is making dirt bikers in general look bad which makes them look bad. Thats right, mx is making the free stylers look bad!

FYI, you dont get any longer jail time for being on the run. First, there has to be an arrest warrant for his arrest for him to be "On the run", is there one at this time?

Second, lets say there is a warrant, the warrant just sits until the subject is arrested, then he faces whatever the charges are and no more time is added.

Now, if you are found guilty and run before they throw you in the slammer, you jail time does not start until you are caught and thrown in jail/prison, whatever the case maybe. So if found guilty and he runs for ten years on a one year conviction, he will still have his one year to do after his ten year run. just incase you were unclear.

I think the intent implied was that someone might cut him some leniency if he turns himself in. If he does not, then the judge will not show any leniency at sentencing.

FYI, sometimes you have to read between the lines and not go all Judge Judy on everyone!

Do you think he knows how to copy and paste?

But most of all I want to apologize to my fans. If I'd have bought a ticket to see my favorite guy race at RedBud and he got kicked off the property for getting in a fight the day before I'd be mad as hell. So to all my fans and fans of motocross in general, I'm going to take the extra step to make sure we're cool again. I promise to make amends to you guys because there's nothing better than seeing you pumped up when I'm doing well – and still having my back when I'm not doing so well, like right now.

I'm not making any excuses. I screwed up good this past weekend and I'm prepared to do what it takes to get back where I was when I won the supercross title. I'm no angel and never will be. But what I will be is responsible for my actions, take the right measures to correct things and learn from my mistakes.

more info...
jason wasn't drunk...WASN'T TOO DRUNK OR HIGH.

his friend tried to tell him to stop whatever he was doing and he went off and had a temper tantrum.

His mom is apparently a big drinker and a well honed fuck up too so she is not helping him, only hurting him

i do not know the kid but people that do say he has a huge heart and would help you if you needed it...give you the shirt off his back. shame i say. he needs help and can over come this shit. but he needs the right people and he must want to change himself.

Well I did some searching and I can not verify if anything is true or not yet.
But if the things I heard so far are true this is a serious one and he will be doing jail time.

Nice to see that people stood up for him to help him out and he basically spit on them.

Disclaimer is that nothing has been verified by any reliable source. So everyone keep your shirts on.
