Look up Tabata workouts and a lot of cross fit stuff uses minimal gear...

You'll love cross fit if you wanna get fit fast...

Insanity!
It's the only workout I've ever been able to stick with mainly because it is quick (45 minutes a day), no equipment, and there's no time to slack off because the pace is so high. 4-6 minutes of super high intensity followed by a 30 second break. I've never sweat so much in my whole life.

Also, it's the only workout where I've noticed significant results in the first 2 weeks...
