will a 1992-1993 shroud fit on my 89 Cr 250 because the latest i can find graphics for is a 92'

Nope, the only way they will is if you get a 92/93 tank along with the shrouds

I have a 1976 TM 250 in an old garage. Tore it apart back in '94 or so, and it's been in pieces ever since.

actually, do you really need one? I might be able to get my hands on one, one of my teachers has one and is a huge vintage buff, probably knows where to get one.
