Yes, in most cases knee braces only help in hyper-extension, not twisting. Most wear knee braces to help grip, or to add strength to a weak knee, if you are wearing them to prevent an ACL tear, they can help, but not prevent by any means. I had prescription knee braces on each time I tore my ACL, but need the extra support the braces provide to my weak knees.

That's why I like RV ... He's just mentally tough and has such a great attitude. He'll definitely come back stronger.

Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how three of the best (RV, CR, TC) come back at A1 (or the MEC) after long layoffs, see who comes back the fittest & fastest. It's only April and already I can't wait. For now, let's wrap this nasty bitch of a season and head outside.
