Just got this from Ken Vreeke and Muscle Milk Honda:

Team Honda Muscle Milk rider Trey Canard was involved in a crash on the opening lap of last night’s Supercross event at Dodger Stadium. Canard injured his back in the incident, and an MRI this morning showed fractures the doctors are evaluating. Canard has 100-percent feeling in his legs, and is currently (Sunday) awaiting the decision by his doctors as to whether or not his injury requires surgery.

American Honda will release additional news on Canard’s condition as it becomes available.

DC, curious as to what you thought about the way Feld handled the crash? Do you think it was right they just blew over it and started bombing out t-shirts and having "Lurch" (who is another story) hype the crowd? Ryan and Trey should of been able to hear cheers for them while being driven off the track. Instead they heard booing for a guy who gave away a few shirts. Just my opinion though. Bummed for Trey and Ryan, those two guys are both going to have some major rehab work to do. Hope they both can come back as strong as they were.

On another note. Thanks for everything yesterday! Family and I had a great time, and talking to you really made my day. Gawd that sounds wrong, but it was cool to finally meet you. If your in Corona anytime while your out here "vacationing" give me a call, maybe we can grab a beer, and I can tell you all my great ideas, ha? Damn, that is worse than my last sentence. laughing out loud.

Always cracks me up how many people have wrong "insider info" when a guy gets injured. Hoping for a full recovery for both of those warriors.

The golden rule: simply ignore any thread or post that uses the word/phrase "my sources.." or "my inside info says..."

Yeah, good rule to follow. I remember when J. Lusk crashed and people were arguing over horribly inaccurate info.
