Just watched Tivo from last night. Awesome racing!

That track is oldschool moto; rough, rutted, rolling terrain with drops & climbs. Love it !

Dungey is a badass mofo, period. And only a rookie? Its like RC all over again.

Bummer for Hahn, the guy is looking great on the Zook.

Grant in moto 2? Looked like a gymnast on the uneven bars ! Great recovery.

Shorty is doing great also, looks he coulda used a lil more O2 out there though.

We went to that race in '06 and it's a terrific track. That's what a motocross track should look like, built on the side of a hill, going up and down with neat little features all over the place.

You got to ride it? Cool ! Would love to put some laps in over there.

TV does no justice to the steepness of the hills and how hard the bikes are working.

No, we just stopped by while we were on vacation to watch the National - I figured it'd probably be the last time we'd get to see RC outdoors and couldn't miss that.

One of my goals is to get out there and race that facility sometime. Looks like such a blast.

I've never been to the track, but TV does no justice to any of the tracks that have big elevation changes.

But, if you looked hard on this one, you could tell by just how hard the 250s were pulling. Even on the start.

Oh I know you are right on that point, you could see the bikes were taking a hammering in that rough crap! Rear ends swapping on downhill braking bumps, crazy deep ruts,,, all of that. That is a 'hillbilly approved' track, it will rattle the fillings out of your teeth and you get blood in your piss when you get off the track.

Good track but we raced llq's there, and never again will we race there. The altitude was killing our bikes. Godo scenery and awsome track though.

Its a fun track to ride/race but definately has wadded up a bunch of riders in local races. THe downhill doubles used to be real bad because they were so insanely fact and would get beat up really bad at the bottom.

Open practice there yesterday was really fun. The new sections are sweet. Track seems to flow better. They groomed but it was pretty much the same as the race, just a lot less rutted and beat up. Can't wait for the des nations.

Yes they allow you to ride with the dirt for a few days before they ship it back out. It's a fun track. There open for practice Wed-Sunday

IMO.. when they put cameras way up on scissor lifts it changes the viewers overall perspective. Shooting from too high of an angle can make any track look flat. I've always felt that shooting near ground level gives you a better sense of the altitude changes and size of the jumps. Case in point... when they cut to the POV cams as they came off the jumps it really gave you a good idea of the height and distance they were flying. Those cameras were right on the ground.

FYI... I was running the ENG camera just past the finish line. I didn't run my lift up as high as they wanted me to because I knew it would change the perspective of how high they flew over the finish line jump.

I really liked the layout of the track. I hope they keep it that way for a bit, but I doubt it. Too bad I didn't have time to ride it yesterday. My buddy went out there and said it was rough and slick.

I love the fact that it's only 30 minutes from my house!

That track looked like TORTURE in the 2nd Moto!

The French kid is a stud.

I know it's gotten old; but, he really does ride like JMB.

I wasn't aware of them shipping the dirt out in the past?
