Great event, Nice weather , typical Glen Helen rough demanding track = excellent.
Spectators = not much
GP riders top notch as usual
Roczen and Herlings very fast, Musquin just a tad off pace but looks good for a come back ride. Don't count Zach out he has the speed needs a better start and a few breaks. Antsi,Searle and a couple other very fast.
450's Cairoli will dominate tomorrow when it counts that's his style. Many fast guys the Russian was impressive for 12 minutes.
Baker looks decent needs a start
Craig dangling leg and pulled off towards the end,

Like 500guy said in his post, the Russian, Evgeny Bobryshev was on it for the first 10 min.. Opened a few eyes, that's for sure.
he got a mid pack start and someone fell right in front of him and he went down in the 3rd corner. he came from dead last to 12th and on the last lap, he tangled with Simpson going up a hill.
he has 29th gate pick, but he's good to go.
Marvin Musquin
Clement Desalle
Jeffrey Herlings
Ken Roczen

Most supercross series were yawners after the first 10 rounds. Just becuase this season went down to the wire does not matter to me as a fan of the sport or the country. The work has to be done.
I know it is just qualifying day, but from the pics that place is EMPTY... Almost no spectators in any of the pics, looks like more mechanics than spectators.
Really hope tomorrow brings out at least a decent turnout. I will be watching online from work.
I really hope for a better crowd tomorrow also.
MX2 Qualifier start - More Motocross Videos
Lol, you film like my dad...a bit less yelling and cursing at the camera, but it's about the same.
Thanks for the update, though
Did Cairoli look like he was taking it easy? Didn't get any updates on what happened to him.
Sorry about the camera work, I had a glare on the view finder and lost track there. just wanted to post something , the start part was okay.
Guy B excellent Pit bits, I like the attention you paid to the specific parts on the bikes.
Pit Row
I have to say I like the Husky look. All of those works bikes are just amazing, though.
Another compliment to Gibby for the attention to detail.
Btw Christian wrote on FB that he hurt his back again but is good for tomorrow.
Will the bitching about the US riders ever stop, they have a championship that starts next Saturday.
Glen Helen did a great job preppin' the track. Really gnarly.
Hope to see a lot come out to support the "countries and riders of motocross" today.
Can't understand the fickle Cali crowd from staying away, when you have a great track, fantastic racing & works bikes!
Perhaps they are all in rehab after the Vegas SX afterparties???
Dubach was hauling! Can't wait to see 2nd moto today!

Track looks great, well turned out but those jumps look dangerous esp on the MX2 bike - Searle said he thinks they are trying to kill them out there ...nobody wants to see these guys get hurt.
MX1 is so close 1 through 15 are all pretty even in speed so it will be great racing. Cairoli, Desalle, Nagl, Frossard, those should be the guys today.
Lets hope everyone stays safe too.
