Out of surgery and it went well. Should be able to determine recovery time after this week. Dr. Alexander performed the operation and some of you may recognize his name. A good Dr. if you require these type of operations. Matt broke his tib and fib testing today at the Yamaha track.

With no complications in his recovery, expect to see Matt racing again sometime in February. We will have a better return date in the next 14 days. Get well soon.

Doc A did the same surgery on my son Michael. He was released to ride at 7 weeks..... Best of luck to Matt.

Man, that surgery was in record time. Crash at around 2:00, and out of surgery by 10:30? That's express lane service.

Im with Bobby on this one. I'd like 100% healthy instead of 80% in pain.

My first guess would be that it was an open fracture...

That sucks and best of luck to him in recovery.
