Hunter has been riding well yes, but so did Ferris and Reardon. They signed big time offers here, and were basically one and done..

Lawrence rode great. One mistake for the 18YO. I’d say put him under Decoster here in the states and you’d have one more Aussie winning American races.

They got signed being a lot older age 22yrs old or more.

Hunter at 18 has lot of improvement to go.

The downside of Lawrence is he has never raced sx. When reed left for europe he was a gun at sx already

Agreed but what about Jett if Hunter does go to the US i think the overall amateur races are nicely aranged in europe, not saying its bad at all but you got LL's and that's pretty much it as in Europe they have a legit series going on for the youngsters

Maybe. I'm still really disappointed in Tommys performance the whole weekend. I expected so much more. First moto wasn't his fault but i don't think he would've been any higher than 15th.

Everything can happen in this last one it's going to be hard to pick a winner between Febvre, Anstie and Herlings to begin with, The Hoff usually starts good so you got that going for you and considering the the speed the pack spreaded out anything is possible.

Yep, and then everyone would be saying "Should've picked Searle, has MXDN experience, plus he's really good on a 250" etc... Ultimately we're a small MX nation with a very limited selection (as with many countries). Top 5, perhaps podium, was always by far the most realistic best outcome. In no way is a result in that area a disaster (if we can indeed get that). All said I'm happy with Tommy, he obviously dug deep in that last race and couldn't help the bad luck in the first one.
