"Cape Town, South Africa - Leatt Corporation, a Nevada corporation (PINK SHEET Symbol: LEAT.PK)(“Company” or “our”), announced today that it received an Arbitration Award in South Africa which granted Leatt Corporation’s request for a permanent restraining order against Karl Ebel and Grant Nelson former employees of Leatt Corporation, as well as one other (“Defendants”), which order permanently restrains them from disclosure of proprietary information about and any commercial exploitation of our Neck Brace intellectual property. The Company is seeking enforcement of the arbitration order in the U.S. against the Defendants. "

That thing looks a lot more like the Omega brace than the Leatt to me.

Those straps near the back look like they might connect to the helmet like the HANZ device neckbrace used in car racing- that would be cool

the is the Dfender... very similar to a Hans and used in cars (or anything with belts / roll cage). I have started racing champ karts (karts with roll cage) and I am not happy with the stupid little foam neck roll and I had been looking into this one for next season. Its a few hundred less than the Hans. Not really sure what was stolen from Leatt on the Dfender... I did end up settling on something else that is quite similar to a Leatt but was more karting specific and tremendously less than a Hans or Dfender
