There was a topic on here a bit ago about the 09' KXF 450 head pipe asking if anyone else ran into issues with it.
I could not find the topic but, My son took a digger yesterday and will be needing a new head pipe. Now I'm not sure if that is the type of damage you were speaking of but, he thought it went kind of easy.
At any rate I will be sending a Dr. D system down to him for replacement.

It happened WAY to easily too.
We are actually getting a DRD too.
The Shop
His stuff is raved at on the TT Honda site
REMOVE THE HEADER then fill the header with water, stick it in the freezer give it a day or so, the water expands to ice and forces the dents out.
So next time that happens...
I threw the 08' stock header on. Bolted right up
