Got tired of my stock pegs at around 160 hours on my 16 KTM frame. Found a good deal on a used set of fastway evo pegs so I picked those up along with a new fit kit (sleeves that go into the footpeg).
After installing the new fit kit I mounted them up and noticed they had maybe 1/8th to a 1/4 inch of side to side play. I replaced my pins as well thinking mine were grooves but I’m still experiencing the same thing.
My stock pegs don’t wiggle, and the fastways came off the same exact bike I have. I don’t know how much I’ll notice it when I ride but it definitely bothers me. I was thinking of running to the hardware store to maybe see if I can find a thin enough washer to shim the pegs, but was wondering if anyone has a similar experience with fastway pegs or higher hour KTM frames?
