Daytona GoPro

I noticed that James did not have a GoPro on during the Main. Was this because of the mud or has he stopped wearing them? Was anyone else wearing them at Daytona or is a mud race a NoGo for GoPro?

On a side note. Do you think James is more comfortable without the GoPro? Someone of his caliber must be able to tell the difference between having that camera on his helmet vs not having it there.

This was during practice. Maybe he was just concerned with how much mud it might collect during the race. A GoPro coated in mud (especially at the top of your helmet) is a lot heavier than 3.3 ounces.

I don't see why anyone would have bothered with one in that mud. Would have been covered in mud right off the start and not seeing anything.

Any chance that you have a "sequence" to go with that image?

Freaks out anyone who saw it from the sidelines. That's a high-risk move. Smile

You saw this on the TV coverage, right? Wink

What he does on these wall jumps is simply amazing. I really hope he goes outdoors this year for the simple fact that I wanna be standing there to watch him do this on the wall jump in between the sand whoops at Millville as well as the wall jump down here at Freestone.
