Custom Jersey Lettering

Any company recommendations for getting custom jersey lettering done? Dont want to pay for something that is going to peal and fade after 3 washes..

I had two brand new Troy lee vented jerseys done about ten years ago. They sent them down to ZLT for the lettering and numbers. It was a huge thick slab of black vinyl with white inset over it on a vented jersey. It was horrible. The white started peeling off after a couple washes. Sent them both back and they corrected them by applying another huge thick slab of black over the entire previous slab of black tar. Talk about feeling good in the 165 degree Texas summer sun. Two completely fucked up ruined jerseys.

Verify what you are getting before you let someone screw your stuff up.

I order the letters and numbers from MSR and do them myself.

It costs $15 for the pack of letters and $15 for numbers and you
can do 2 jerseys (maybe three depending on your name and race number).

Thats $10-15 per jersey and its a fun project to do on a sober Sat night before
racing.

If you wash the jerseys inside out it wont peel, if it does just use the backing
paper that comes with the letters and run the iron over it again.

http://ruskracing.com does all Killy Rusk jerseys as well a few other pros. Proceeds supports a top privateer and our material is thin comfortable and holds up well. we can also apply sponsor logos.

Myracenumber.com is great. One jersey is going on 3 years old and at least 3 dozen washes and the numbers still look new.

I will put anything you want on them in any style and have a quick turn around time with a good price. But you're in CA so....... they would spend a lot of time in the air....

Where are you based out of? I have a custom design that I wanted to do with the lettering and numbers. Not in much of a rush. Quality > Turn around time.

k-rae is in hudson mass, and is absolutly the fastest at getting you the stuff, some guys take forever, these guys are on it!
