Chad Reed squirrled out in the whoops like a C rider and took him and two other riders out.

Not saying he shouldnt but he was fine until CR22 gooned into a group of riders.

But get it done now and come back for the nats.

I think the Seven gear line is a commitment he is riding for right now. No one else riding with that gear except for him.

Not a big fan, but the dude just can't buy any luck, and his time is running out as he heals up from one injury after another. Also just imagine how this board would explode if it was it was Stewart who took out Reed and two other riders.

Yup. Chad threw his bike and probably thought it was James fault. But maybe this will force James to get his knee fixed.

Not that bad OC, but there was a little pile up and James' bike was on top of the pile so it was the first to go.

Really wasn't on purpose but could have been avoided.

I don't see James being able to come back for the nationals. At least not to race for a championship, which IMO is the only reason he would race it. It's under 4 months til Hangtown. Sure, he did it before, but he wasn't racing anywhere near this stacked of a field. If he pulls out for surgery I think the Monster Cup is best case scenario.

As long as he's not hurt any worse I think he keeps racing supercross. It's a bigger deal to him and his sponsors and he's still got enough speed to win a race under the right circumstances.

Did you folks go to this race? I was there.... From my vantage point it was Reed that was nailed by the guys behind him. He was in front of Stewart. Reed went high on the berm in turn 2. It looked to me like Josh Grant slammed into Stewart who was trying to turn earlier then Reed. Thus, Grant pushed Stewart into Reed and they got tangled and went down. That's what I saw.

That is why Reed was pissed. He picked up Stewart's bike to get it off his. Then when he restarted he kinda turned his bike around (to get it pointed in the right direction) and make contact with Stewart's bike. As in "get the hell out of my way".

Unless I missed something (I don't think I did) this is Grant's doing. He was coming into the turn way too hot and nailed Stewart - Pushing Stewart into Reed.

That isn't what I saw. I was directly above that turn on the 3rd deck so I could see the whole track.

Looked like someone got bumped midway through, causing them to change direction and cut across the whoops

Guys - from what I saw this was Grant that screwed the pooch. Reed was very high on the berm in front of Stewart with Grant behind Stewart. Stewart had been cutting down in the turn in the heat race. So, he did the exact same thing here. He would have ended up along side Reed in the woops. The issue was Grant was coming in full tilt boogie into the turn and, surprise, who can he slam into if he holds it on a bit longer? His favorite target James Stewart. Which is what he did. Stewart then got pushed higher up onto the berm and into Reed. Stewart was jumping up and down in pain. He was keeping his right leg in the air balancing on the left one. Reed was irked that he got nailed from behind. Grant? He was on the ground but not in pain. Barcia was on the riders left near the tuff blocks in some pain.

I'm a fan, but Reed has always been a crybaby when things don't go his way. Stewart...not so much at all, and Lord knows he's had a lot of experience with that lately.

Grant seems to be in the midst of a lot of BS this year...especially involving js7.
