Thought I would start a build thread for my 2021 Honda CRF450R.
Have put a total of two hours on it in stock form and decided to replicate how my 19’ was set up.

First off the suspension was super soft for me at 200lbs 6’ 1”. So I took my AKit Enzo Showa forks and adapted them to my 21’. Currently waiting on a national shock to become available to get the rear dialed in aswell.

After putting 2 hours on the bike I called up Chad at XPR and went ahead and got my vortex out of my 19 flashed for the 21’. While I was at it I sent off the head to get ported and also got a hi comp XPR piston to match the Head combo.

Here are some of the progress pics. I will add more pics as the progress continues as I’m currently waiting on more parts to arrive in order to reassemble.

Merry Christmas! How do you like the rear brake return spring kit? I just bought one for my KTM.

I have one on my ktm. Nice little piece can’t say I noticed any difference in how the brake felt.

Did you stick with stock gearing or is it like every other bike and benefits from an extra tooth?

Been patiently waiting for someone to post a 21 crf build. Looks amazing. Is that red valve cover from a WE?

are the banjo bolts for the hydraulic clutch line the same size as what's used for the brake calipers / master cylinder?

How is that suspension from enzo? what did they do for you?

Im picking up my 21 WE in a few days and with my ass being a little thicker than I once was, at 220, I know I'm gonna need springs and maybe a revalve.
