I just got this YZ250 and it has a flywheel weight I want to take it off but I’m not sure if it is reverse threads or not is the best way to use an impact drill and put it in gear and step on the brake it is this style weight

I bought a 2005 yz 250 today and want to put a weight in the flywheel I’m not sure what to get I ride mostly trails and the occasional track and maybe sand in the future. I had a kx125 and it was easy but this yz is hard to control any help would be appreciated I’m a beginner/intermediate rider...
