I agree with the Daytona idea. It seems the perfect SMX motocross track. I'd also like to see it open to top 3 in 250/450 World Motocross riders.

9/15/2025 7:42pm I would propose that they drop Daytona from the Supercross schedule, and for SMX have three speedway tracks, with Daytona as the finale. I don’t really like the hybrid tracks where they have a couple sections that are true Supercross rhythms. It sounds horrible for the riders who are forced to ride a stiff setup that isn’t suited to 90%...

Looking back from the 70's until present day I must say I think I enjoyed the 90's moto era the most as the bikes were great, simple, easy to maintain, and cheap. It seemed like everyone had bikes/trucks and there were tons of tracks/trails to ride in SoCal. We could ride our two strokes on the paved streets of Palmdale and Lancaster to our different tracks/trails and never worry about cops. The moto scene was still on a "good times" trajectory before RC came in and changed the game. I enjoyed the early 2000's and of course I still love...
