Freight is an actual charge the dealer passes onto the customer. Set up charges depend on what the unit is and is usually priced accordingly. A side by side is going to get a higher set up charge than a dirt bike. And moto guys never pay full pop for a bike and always bitch about price. All these killer "deals" moto guys brag about usually involve the dealer making almost nothing on the sale. So that setup fee is a small area where they can still make a little money. And it's usually the first line item to disappear...
