I raced back in the 70's and early 80's, back in the day as I tell my son. Now I just work on his bikes and travel through out the Midwest having a blast in MX.

I also take a lot of "amateur" photos, but every once in a while I'll get lucky and grab a couple of decent shots.

I live in Southern Indiana, near Evansville. We race at Lincoln Trail, Echo Valley, Backwoods MX, Crossroads and try to make it to Red Bud 2 or 3 times a year.

"Not to mention that I'm sure DC probably knows Jason pretty well through the LL's races and such." I remember reading something the last year Lawrence raced Lorettas that was along the lines, "that Rita Coombs had a shit list, and Jason Lawrence's name was at the top of the list" Sounds like things still haven't changed for Jason.

Seems like the folks at Red Bud are pretty serious about security issues, etc... vehicle searches, no fireworks, blah, blah, blah. We've got over 80 hrs on a 07 RMZ250. We did have 2-3 broken clutch plates last year, but after updating with '08 clutch parts we've had zero clutch issues. Checked valves at 20-40-60 hrs and they have and are still in spec. Have done top end twice, usually starts on 2-3 kick. Honda's do have valve issues, ever notice...

4 laps, except A/ProSport and they ran 5. All classes had heats except a few vet classes. Racing was unbelievable...Justin Barcia, Kyle Regal, Les Smith, PJ Larsen, Lowell Spangler, Daryn Durham, Malcolm Stewart. Barcia won all his classes, Regal won I think 4 stroke and MX stock mod and had a helluva battle with Barcia. Spangler ran well all weekend...

Go to mxsports.com and look through C class results and you'll see the same names in most of the schoolboy classes. Kids running top 5 in Schoolboy (probably one of the fastest classes available) whipping ass in C class.
