4/25/2016 8:15am Has anyone ever had any luck getting an oem to fix/replace an engine? I have 2.4 hrs on a brand new 2016 kx250f and its locked up. I havent opened up the motor yet since im going to try and get either the dealer or Kawasaki usa to cover the repair but im pretty sure it dropped a valve. Anyways...

4/23/2016 5:05pm Update on my situation. I got the bike back from the dealer today. After a lot of run around with the dealer and kawasaki, kawasaki did cover the costs to repair the bike. It looks like the cam chain tensioner was "sticky" from the factory. I got to look at the bike while it was in the shop and the...

3/19/2016 9:54pm Thanks everyone for the advice. I ended taking it back to the dealer today and had a pretty good talk with the service manager. Ended up leaving the bike there and they are going to call kawi on monday to see whats up. All i did was wash it then bring it in so im good there. They are going...
