4/16/2016 6:27pm One More Thing.....Look for land Near a Prison or Landfill. It is the cheapest and you'll have less problem with approvals as the land near a Prison or Landfill is typically undesireable and if the County can find a way to generate Tax revenue from "Dead" land they are much more likely to get you approved quickly.
