Thats what I want to do with mine.Just ride around town lol 2 stroke style.

The adjustment on the throttle shaft is the idle and the other is idle/air.

I haven't taken my carb apart yet but on every motorcycle carb I've worked on I remove the jet and the sleeve "unless it is pressed in" and take a old bread or trash tie and pull the paper off and poke out the holes.The jet should be snuged up it is not an adjustment.Remember it is brass and will...

Prob burried somewhere

I just bought some parts for mine today.Got a complete bottom end for cheap,new stator assembly and few other things.There is a complete running fuji 80cc on there right now for best offer.I need to figure out the wiring on mine.Its all gone lol.

I saw a few simular ones on there.The used ones look a little rough and there was a new indian one but they want too much.I think I'll just make a new one.

Yes my bike is missing a lot of stuff and some pics would help me to find/make parts for it and the wiring is totally gone lol.

I would drain the carb and let it refill to make sure you get mixed fuel in it before you run it.Those small engines can run awhile on a little fuel.Your output is prob broke.Did you take the oil can off and clean it out?The hose and pump may also be gummed up.Could you take some close up pics of...

There is an adjustment on the oil pump cable.Prob should adjust so when at full throttle the pump is also max.I don't see any reason to change the jet.

The indian service manual for the fuji 100 says it uses a 20:1 ratio fuel mix.The pdf is on there site if you would like to see it.

You could leave it hooked up but the pump uses the oil as lube also and will eventually sieze up.

You will also need to get a new throttle cable without the splitter(easy fix).

Well for one 2 strokes smoke a lot and if it's not than thats not good.If you look under the carb you will see a clear line running out of the block to the intake and you should be able see oil in it.I actually just took my pump off earlier and the nipple for the output crumbled.Must be pretty...
