Wilmington is not OC. Refineries, smoke, not so "upscale". I would think there may not be the same resistance as long as land could be identified that is a good location for a track. After seeing this thread, I called the City, and they were receptive to the concept of a track that would draw people to the area to...

I just discovered this thread. If anyone knows anything about any space in Wilmington that could possibly be used for a track, I would be willing to pursue this.
