So need help I bought a crf250r that had motor work done to it I will attach picture of what has been done it'll be easier that way. That being said my problem is the company that has done the work customer service sucks I can't get them to answer or pick up the phone so here is my problem...

At the most 10hrs and I know it really has zero pre load because when I have it in my hand you can hear the spring inside lose a but... when they were just serviced I remember saying to myself if they don't get softer it will be okay but they got softer now and they're just to soft I...
