For sale a set of custom built KYB/WP converted forks.
Bronze anodized upper tubes, flawless DLC lowers, WP small axle lugs anodized black.

Overall very Good shape.
Those have approx 20hours of use since build, tubes are WP parts with 2016 YZF cartridges inside.
Skf dual seals.
Just serviced with fresh oil.
Set up for 180lbs enduro rider, but the valving can be changed according to your request prior to shipping.

Is it normal for the rebound adjusters to sit that far out?

Believe that’s the nature of the beast when they are built like this, only other option I know is to run kyb billet lugs made specifically for this conversion.

Interested . Can the lower legs be recoated by your suspension buddy ? The DLC coating doesn’t appear it stuck very well . Ti nitrate common to see different areas but not DLC ? and kyb bottoming perches in place ?

Hey buddy, the lower legs are Perfectly fine, it is only residue that you might see in the pics, No flaws in the DLC. i Will wipe them down and update with more pics, but the coatings do not have any flaws. Wink
