This year the parking for A1 was $50, a $25 increase from 2023. You can get into fan fest with an empty monster can. On the supercross website, it says practice starts at 10:30 AM Local time, qualifying is at 11:30 AM local time(chance are fan fest opens around 11), opening ceremonies is at 5 pm.(I wonder why A1’s time for opening ceremonies is a half hour earlier).

Should find all of the answers here: https://www.supercrosslive.com/tickets/anaheim-ca/jan-25-2025/ ps. no booking for parking, just show up and pay. you won't have any problem if you're going super early.
