6/9/2008 10:32am vicodin just keeps me up,can't sleep..percacet..sleep good..i eat one around 3 and one more around 7 and i sleep good ..without pills,wake up and the pain keeps me up..

6/8/2008 8:24pm i'm just recovering from my broken arm..they took the exterior rod off and my arm is stiff as shit..i'm going to rehab(PT)..its alot better..i push it and work it as much as possible..still hurts...i have a pulley set up with small weights ..the muscles are starting to come back..one day I'll ride again..moto on
