mxmat Added a reply to Is this the 2017 Honda CRF450R?
7/4/2016 12:15pm A lot of time spent to photoshop that image which was originally taken from the Japanese works bike back in february. Look at this image. Air valves and rim locks in same position. Fuel vent hose with exact same bend. Brake lines with exact same bend. The bike sits on the stand in an identical position and when you paste...

mxmat Added a reply to Tire Warmers??
2/23/2015 2:36pm Living in a cold climate country, I think tyre warmers are an absolute necessity. Not for warming up before the hitting the track but for getting the rubber soft and pliable before you try and change the tyre or repair a puncture. When it's really cold outside putting on a new tyre is a hell of a struggle, a total...
mxmat Started a new thread 2015 Honda CR125 (still keeping The Honda 2 strokes alive) Brand New
1/8/2015 8:59pm Check it out again! A brand new, never ridden, 2015 Honda CR125 for this year's racing. Way better than any 250 four stroke (the four stroke is like a tractor that run's on crappy diesel fuel) we had test rides on the 2015 models of Honda, KTM and Kawasaki at the end of this last season and that's what made...

1/8/2015 5:40pm 2 Strokes will be back one day. Everyone knows that a modern 2 stroke will out perform any 4 stroke. Stop being sheep, the corporates have you in the palm of their hands (that translates as your cash). How much money to buy and maintain the new 4 stroke crossers, ridiculous amounts! That's why Honda aren't in a hurry to...

1/8/2015 4:15pm 2015 is the year it is going to be first started and season to be raced in. It's actually a 2007 Model but tweaked quite a bit

This bike cost me £3000 less than a new four stroke, it won't break down often and if it does I can fix it myself for only 1.99 or so!

1/8/2015 3:48pm Just got to say that the 2014 CR85 did totally smoke the four strokes when racing and was a lot faster on the straights. Look out for the new post of my new 2015 CR125
mxmat Added a reply to 2015 Honda 2-strokes?
6/24/2014 3:48pm If you want a Honda 2 Stroke you can build your own. Like Travis! I built my own CR 85 for the 2014 Season.
Tweeked a little bit and it smokes all the KTM's and Yamaha's and especially the CRF 150 although you only ever see one or two CRF 150 four strokes at the youth races this year.

1/23/2014 5:16pm Believe it or not, it was a sand track, usually about a minute and 40 seconds but because it is so wet in the UK right now, the lower section is not raceable and we had to re route the track. It's hard this time of year to get a good riding session in anyways. You're right that only after...

1/23/2014 4:13pm All Motocross Racers have to be a little bit crazy but a good kind of crazy, if you know what I mean

1/23/2014 4:06pm Good point, KTM and Kawaski have both just revamped their 85cc models for 2014. KTM with hydraulic clutch, 2 radiators and state of the art new engine. Kawasaki with 20% more power. Before Kawasaki got back in the game, KTM where the only one of the main 5 developing the 2 Stroke and that's why they are topping the sales...

1/23/2014 3:27pm So you do work for KTM or perhaps just ride one. To be honest we very nearly bought a 2K14 KTM 85 (clean looking bike). Interesting to see how they compare when the race series start up this year.

1/23/2014 2:29pm Both of the bikes lap times where taken today and if your interseted both the cr and crf had 2 session each at only 5 minutes.

1/23/2014 2:21pm mmm ! I suspect mototed works for KTM. You know the bikes, they're the ones you see at the side of the tracks blown up and broken all the time. In the UK, KTM stands for "Keep Taking Money"

1/23/2014 2:42pm Just had the bike at the track today and wow the 2 stroke is tonnes faster. That's why I made the post last night before we tested today as I knew this new CR would blow the wheels of our last years 2013 CRF 150. Here's the results. Both of the bikes lap times where taken today and if your...

1/22/2014 2:25pm In Europe and the FIM the rules are just 3 letters - KTM -----------------Love that Service Honda, I would choose that over a CRF any day.
