Bike has a manual tensioner installed, no signs of worn chain, guides or oil starvation. Any ideas before I go further into the motor?

Just a guess have you taken a look at the Air Charge Temp sensor? Also as stated in your previous post the last crf I did the TPS ended up being set to .52... I have found the .58-.62 to be a great baseline but doesn’t always hold true... A faulty air charge temp sensor could make the bike run rich and also explain some of your fuel wash I believe...

I can try to record it tomorrow maybe. I have access to a fuel tank (+pump) from a rmz 250 2012, I could hook that up to the bike...

2/22/2019 10:22am How do you recommend I clean the injector? I hooked it up to a 9v battery and blew some carb cleaner through and soaked it for a while in carb cleaner already. Is it worth putting some fresh gas in with some sort of injector cleaning and running it through?

2/21/2019 6:41pm I think the fuel in the oil is a common CRF problem, especially given the bike has had this problem for 6 months with the previous owner and he spent countless hours trying to diagnose it, I will be checking the oil again tomorrow though to see if the problem persists. 10/9/2018 2:04pm It was advertised as a TM 125 2003 needing a new piston... When I viewed it this is what I found. It was kept in a shed for the past 2-3 years and this is the result. I am going to part it out once I have a good idea of what year it is.
