In addition to above, torque wrench, safety wire, safety wire pliers, spare spark plug, valve stem tool and spare valve stem inserts, and a small plastic container with some random stuff I've collected through the years from all the bikes I've owned. You never know when you'll be able to help someone out at the track and keep their day going
