If you look at a map of Israel - Netanya is one of the biggest cities on the map. As stated in my previous answer - both tracks are located somewhat near Netanya, which is north of Tel Aviv. Feel free to Google it!

I traveled literally all over Israel. Israel is TINY so it wasn't hard to see most of the country in two weeks. The two tracks I went to are both somewhat near Natanya. One is located at a place called Wingate and the other in an area called Hadera.

They already have a couple tracks. But I agree with the job concern. However - the desire to have something like motocross is there. And there are already people riding and training and racing. Not to mention the crowds that come along with it....
