4/4/2021 9:49pm Yes the cardboard idea is good, think I will insert pipe cleaners in the corrugated ridges to hold the shape. I've done a couple fittings and motor fitment looks good.

4/2/2021 6:55pm Yes but if we already have working head stays and the know width of the spacers, they will give us the exact placement for the lower mounts. Sharing templates would be helpful.

3/31/2021 7:50am I have two key questions for anyone that has completed the 200 conversion , #1 what are the sizes of the rear swingers spacers? #2 Can you share the templates for the head stays? With these two things the lower mounts are a snap.
