8/17/2011 9:25am I would be surprised if the banners cost LESS than $1 per foot. So if the track is 1.5 miles and lined on both sides we have: $1/ft X 1.5 miles X 5280 ft/mile X 2 = $15,840 I'd want to protect and reuse 15K$ if it was mine.
