Those seal holders look like 1991 Honda. 1990 were a little chunkier and had a plastic wear ring and 1993 were all one piece - no separate seal holder. Couldn't tell you whether 125, 250 or 500 though, sorry.

I used a later model shift lever on my '95 - I think it was from an '04. There are also a few of the '96-'00 shift levers on ebay

The PWK carb is correct for '95 (4MX is the designation for the '95s). I talked to Clark a couple of years ago about my '95 and he told me they didn't use the long rod kit so you wont see a spacer under the cylinder - I found a NOS kit a few years ago and was looking forward...
