4/9/2021 9:33am The loc-tite 660 seemed to do the trick. It took up the gap between the Aluminum post boss and the ID of the brass idler bushing. 6/3/2019 9:53am It's salt from riding the west desert in Utah. I haven't washed it since I opened it immediately when I got home. So any ideas if the brass idler bushing spins on the post too or just the inside diameter of the idler gear?

6/2/2019 7:09am This is my 2016 KTM 150 SX. Does the idler gear have some kind of retainer? Because it looks like it just sits on this post with a brass idler gear bushing. The post was chewed up and the new bronze bushing lasted 30 seconds. Does the bronze bushing spin on the ID also or just the OD between itself...

FLO looks good, let me know how you like the CV forks. I have used dal Soggio spheres & love them. Bit cold here for my new bike. I keep riding my 450.

8/19/2018 4:15pm JD jet kit got me about where I needed to be. I still need to go to a 27.5 or 25 idle from the 30 JD recommends. The needle profile is 100% different than stock

7/18/2018 10:03am I just bought the Polisport kit for my 2002 CR250r. Should be here the 24th. I'm excited to see, I was about to pull the trigger on the TX kit, It's engineering is well worth the money, but it's hard to stomach the shipping costs. my 2002 isn't too ugly now

6/30/2018 8:14pm Just picked up a 2019 TX300 (supposedly the first one in Utah!) It ran great in St George, almost perfect (105*F and 2860 ft). Drove home to Salt Lake City (85*F and 4800ft) and it almost won't start without the choke on and won't idle without choke and has a massive bog off the bottom. I'll look at what jetting...
