That's also around the time that progression in pure FMX terms slowed down. Now with the quarterpipe and whip comps it's still fun to watch, but it's not the same as watching the first guys figure out backflips or anything like that

8/20/2019 8:22am I don't think Pastrana not competing in FMX killed XGames as a Whole. He still competed in Rallycross for a couple years. Maybe hardcore moto people stopped paying attention. However we know the moto crowd isn't even big enough to keep motocross races from being cut off for another sport on tv. Besides Pastrana, I think straight moto people stopped...
