I did use 37.5 pilot sometimes when my bike was a 250. Easy to try.

JD kit is a bandaid that is designed to compensate for the whacky stock slide. The jetting in this thread is for when you decide you want to do it the right way. They are 2 different schools of thought that are not compatible.

I get a lot of emails from here and at the track about jetting for the 2 strokes. Thanks to digger for pointing me in the right direction this is the currant specs. I have for everything. Its easier to start a thread With all the jetting in it to keep track of everything.
