The accident happened 12/15/2023, after him dragging it out in the courts it took a tool on my daughter and my wife. now he gets a redo after agreeing to a plea deal. At the time of the accident I truly felt sorry for him as he didn't just cause our family loss he also hurt (emotionally) his family.
