Okay thanks slipdog, looks like the video is being loaded properly, so we're looking in to video formatting differences. Really helpful information there slipdog thank you. Hopefully the last request - could you also open a new tab, and view the console as you did before, but this time navigate to the Network option along the top, once you see the Network tab, enter this url in to the normal address bar and load; http://v.vitalbmx.com/62826/vans-contest-guettler-hyper--vid-62826--uid… As this loads, you should see the data in the Network tab change - in particular I'm interested in how many items appear, and what appears in the Status column for each. Typically it will be a value such as 200 / 204 /...

Can anyone who still experiences no-play issues, or receives the fall-back screen with the direct link to the video please tell me what add-ons and extensions you have installed in any browsers where the video fails (just looking for any continuity in issues). Also, if at all possible, could you please visit this video page; http://www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/Tested-Twisted-Development-FastHouse-KTM-250-SX-F,14754/ML512,13480 And view the javascript console (instructions on how to do so for the main browsers are listed below), once you are able to view the console, please refresh the page (console should stay open) and around 30 seconds or so after loading, you should...

11/11/2016 1:01pm Update for those with video playback issues; we have implemented a fallback solution that will provide you with a direct link to the video should playback fail after a certain period of time. Hopefully in the short-term this will allow most of you to view the content.
