Thanks dg pipes, it comes with adapter/block off exhaust flange which eliminates atac system. Looks like this

Thanks for the tip. I wonder how many of these bikes ran with old school green phosphate/silica coolant mixes with hard tap water. I realize magnesium was a retarded idea but mine had/has minimal corrosion/damage, possible distilled water i always pit in it helped her out a bit.

Evans claims on their website that their coolant generally runs 10-20 degrees hotter, they say this is due to there being no vapor in the system, due to no water, and you get 100% liquid to metal contact all the time. Yes. Have heard that, however i understand engine will run slightly hotter due to this, not sure i like that. Was going to run silica phosphate free stuff.

Water pump hsg was not actually bad at all, small amount of pitting. Minimal. Dont think it really ran too much, been in boxes for 16 years, even before that it never ran much, used to blow it up on a regular basis when i was a kid, lol, did find many issues that were causing that, hopefully will run...
