Can confirm, Troll Training is awesome. I have also been wanting to get in better shape for the few times I get to ride but lacked guidance, which led to lack of accountability. I figured if I was going to commit to being healthier, why not gear it towards the sport I love? I’m now feeling better, going farther on runs at a faster pace and can feel my body changing. Highly recommend as a Vet rider and father of two with a full time job.
