Bad crash on October 23rd, 2010. Shattered tib/fib and ankle. Many thanks to Marty Smith and the Staff of ET Motopark for taking such great care of me.
The photo album pretty much tells it all. 2010 was a difficult year overall, injury was "icing on the cake" so to speak. After over 15 years, my wife and i have split. Never saw myself as being single at 50, everyday is.....Different. Stay the course, be true to myself, do the hard thing, anyone can do "easy". Anxiously waiting for this "final solution" surgery to be scheduled. Turns out that my ankle is NOT healing as it should after five months of therapy and recovery. They are fusing it permanently using additional bone they will take from my hip. Looking at another 3 - 4 days in the hospital and 6 months recovery. Thats all, 2012 will be better.
