6/20/2013 1:24pm Hi Guys, I'm having a few issues with finding the right jetting for my 89 kx250. I tried alot of jets but it keeps running to rich. For now i am at 182 main en 55 pilot but it still is way to rich.... Stock jetting should be 172 main and 52 pilot... but i dont wanna mess with that...

2/5/2013 12:24am little update.... and finally got all the parts that i needed except for one major thing.... the gearbox it self. Turned out that the one currently inside the cases is too far gone, missing a few teeth and al the gears have to much free play... I am looking for a replacement, but as with all the other parts... seems...

2/5/2013 12:24am I truly hope that the cylinder works out fine...But when i took the engine apart and did a little inspection on the gearbox...i could cry... gear 2,3 and 4 are all gone. I didnt noticed it when i bought it because the seller told me that the clutch was gone... the engine did ran...but i didn't took it for a...

new UFO plastics:
new stem bearings:
chassis still looking a bit poor for now...
and some custom made decals... think they will look nice!
oh en btw, just to look good on the bike... a 2012 JT Racing gear combo:

Is there anybody here that is looking to sell his/her clamp set ?
I am searching the net for quite some time now, bit they don't seem to exist.
They need to fit my 2006 KX250 but i found out that KXF 250 clamps do fit...

10/16/2012 1:02pm Hmm it will be interesting... last Saturday i took me newer KX250 for a little ride and it turned out to be the worst bike ive ever ridden. The whole bike is leaning to much to the front... and at the moment i have no idea how to solve that....
So lets hope that this 89 baby doesn't suffer the...

10/15/2012 12:23pm Hmm i agree, might look period but those Kawi bolts suck bigtime. And besides that... i am missing alot original bolts. Replating the old bolts might look cool but i prefer Allen bolts.

Doe anyone here know something about these clamps? I am building myself a lookalike PC KX250 bike but i couldn't find clamps that will fit. Just a few KXF450 ones on ebay... but i guess that these wont fit the older kawi's ?
