BeefyMcWhatnow Added a reply to Brand new 250f is oddly slow?
3/8/2023 10:14am I thought this too but I disregarded it considering I was clearing the same jump on a kx250f in 3rd. Can't be that huge of a difference

3/8/2023 10:12am I tried to hit it in 3rd wide, not even close, so I moved to 4th and got a lot closer, but still not clearing it. WFO as in I literally had the throttle turned all the way the entire way up the jump in 4th gear, I was no lower than 85% through 4th gear in terms of RPMs

3/7/2023 9:50pm Yeah that's kinda my entire point man. I'm trying to see if anybody has had any issues with brand new bikes being strangely slower than expected, and what it could possibly be. Like I said, I am 100% positive it's the bike, I just don't know why.

3/7/2023 9:21pm By aggressive map, I mean the map that comes in the tuner by default called "hard hitting". I had the same issue with the stock map, I only went to the hard hitting map because the first time I tried to hit the triple I almost broke my legs.

3/7/2023 9:02pm I will preface this by saying I'm not very savvy in the bike maintenance department so I really have no idea what's going on. I've been riding 250fs for about 8 years and the one I just bought seems off.. *YES I did put it on the aggressive map* I've just recently bought a 2023 yz250f, broke it in for...

BeefyMcWhatnow Added a reply to Bent Frame... Do I get a new one?
12/20/2022 12:00pm I looked up that part number and it's for the kx250x, not the regular kx250, which idek if there's a difference but when I go to Partzilla or Rocky Mountain, it has the 2021 kx250 main frame listed as two sepsrate parts, being 32160-1922 and 32160-1933

12/19/2022 5:24pm Alright y'all, I'm getting the new frame, but my 0 knowledge of complex bike maintenance is showing. The main frame part has 2 part numbers.. 32160-1922 and 32160-1933. I can't figure out what the difference is. Is there anybody here who might know what the difference is??? Thanks.

12/18/2022 3:20pm I tried riding with covid, and the only thing covid did to me was give me ridiculous brain fog. Long story short I forgot what part of the track I was on and flew off course, colliding with another guy. Luckily he was fine, I had some broken bones though lmao

I have a hard time actually locating the crack because it's so tiny. The bolts still come out, the mount isn't damaged and the case isn't damaged or getting touched by the cradle.

12/17/2022 9:58pm https://i.gyazo.com/8a6d49d4b87dce3f04223415260206ee.png The part of the frame circled in the picture above on my bike has been bent inwards quite a bit. Nothing is broken, it isn't touching the engine case, just that portion of the frame is definitely very very bent. My question is, will this affect the bike enough to where buying an entirely new frame is worth it...
