Rehab was tough I'm not gonna lie. It was much more difficult than the acl. I was on that god damn torture machine that bends your knee for hours every day for months. I started out with a tight new one at 180 degrees. I had to slowly work my way to a full 90 degree bend. In the end...

I believe I was there when you did this. That's a tricky section. We've all been through this. I have a new patella and new acl (seperate incidents) titanium rods, screws, all that crap. MM is the best track in the country imo. Hookups and showers are a nice touch but the sand/clay mix, the layout and elevation make it worth every bit of the 11 hr drive for us here in Ohio. Wilson's a class act. Any good racer knows if you get taken out it's your own fault for not protecting the line or letting the guy catch you. That said taking the line is one thing but taking a guy out is another and every here knows the difference.
