Thanks. So do I still lower the intake like on the 79? And also cut 10mm out the muffler?

Can anyone confirm that the 79 and 80 cylinder and muffler are the same? I'm looking to do the mods on both that are recommended for the 79, just want to make sure the are good to do on the '80. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
