Went out for a ride got it dialed in! Suzuki needle last clip (which is hard to believe) 168main 40 pilot 1.5 turns. still waiting on my slayen racings power valve spring kit. And my adjustable power valve setup. Then I can fine tune when the power valve kicks in and how long it holds? Super happy...

Also hard to tell because haven't been on the pipe to much trying to break in the forged pistons in properly and get a good seat with the rings. I put a screen in for spark arrestor it may be clogged with the spooge so I'm gonna take it out and put a new one later.

Tomorrow I will put in my new needle bring up the pilot a bit maybe 42 and 168 main. I'll go pull her hard and take pics of the spark plug.

Gotcha! I haven't had to mess with my jets until I did a rebuild. Now it's all screwed up. I feel like I have leaned it out a lot but still seems rich

Just got my Suzuki necj needle! Stick with my 168 main 40 pilot? I'm still rich at that setting. Not sure on needle that's currently in it. Thanks just pumped for test day tomorrow !

I went down to 168 main 40 pilot it really likes that setting power valve seems to be random. And I have to have rpm way up there so I ordered the adjustable housing setup from a 98 and a spring kit with three springs red green and yello or whatever. From shaven racing. So I'll fine tune it to...

I'll head out there and check it out soon! Almost done building my top end on my bike just got all my parts in! Had to re build the power valve as well.

I did some research I'm gonna replace my reeds and take a look at my power valve. There is a lot of spluge coming out my exhaust my power band is probably sticking. I have no problem starting my bike just get it to hit power band.

I took the tvc system cover off and cleaned it... not sure how else to unstick it?
