How much money do the riders make off t-shirts and other merchandise bearing their names/numbers sold out of the back of the vending trailers at the SX races?

Unless they trademarked their name and came to a licencing agreement with each company using their name they are getting $0.00 .

And are entitled to $0.00 .

If they have a good agent then they should have done the above and be getting a % of everything sold bearing their name.

"Unless otherwise agreed upon."

Like this?

"Here's your Pro license. Oh, and by the way, we're going to allow a company to sell shirts and shit with your name on it and you'll get nothing out of it. Oh, and you can't sell your name or number or anything with them printed on it at the track, or we'll pull your license. Besides, the guy doing all the selling and making the money has an exclusive contract so he can monopolize the market. And nevermind that he heads up the NPG. Have a nice day."

Hey Jay I ordered a Team Wharthog shirt through Smooth Industries http://www.smoothindustries.com/clothing.asp after watching one of your 500 Guy videos. You had a red one lying on a chair. Cool shirts w/all the sponsors.

They will have some different ones this year at the Nationals and will be allowed to sell them.

Don't see the Mototees stuff for SX, but the stuff for last years nationals is still up and there's only about six different guys, all big dogs, on the event shirts, and Carmichael is half of them. Are you sure RC is not getting paid a piece of those shirts?

Definitely think the guys should be able to sell their own stuff to support their teams
